Admission Procedure

The admission process at Lokmanya Vidya Niketan School is designed to ensure a smooth transition for prospective students and their families. From application to enrollment, our dedicated admissions team is here to guide you through every step of the journey.

Admission Process

  • Rules of Admission LVN follows admission criteria laid down by CBSE Bhopal.
  • Admission depends upon the eligibility of students and vacancies available.
  • Admission Forms will be available from November 2024 onwards for next session.

Pre-requisites for Admission

  • 2 photographs of the child
  • 2 photographs of each parent and the guardian
  • Caste certificate, if applicable
  • Copy of Mark Sheet of previous class
  • Original TC from previous school (showing PEN Number)
  • Aadhar Card
  • Samagra ID
  • LVN admission form duly filled

Admission to Nursery class Children

Age criteria for class Nursery admission in session 2024-25 is as per CBSE norms.

Admission to class XI

  • LVN students passing class X will be given priority.
  • Students from other schools will be entertained after this on the basis of availability of seats, available subject groups & combinations and the percentage obtained in class X.
  • Admission to classes X & XII is not entertained, except under extreme circumstances, like transfer etc., but the school holds the right to allow this.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

  • Parents who wish to withdraw their ward should submit the written application in specified format, stating reason for withdrawal within 15 days of receiving the annual result, failing to which proportionate fees for the new session will be applicable.
  • T.C. will be issued only after clearing all dues.
  • A mid-session withdrawal will be entertained with a 15 days prior notice under emergency and will be granted only if the fees for the current session has been deposited and a no-dues certificate has been obtained.
